Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you purchase from LustreAura. If something isn't right, we’re here to help! This Return & Refund Policy is a part of our Terms and Conditions, and it explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work on our platform.
Returns
You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order by visiting the following link:
Return Portal
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include any freebies received. Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If your item is defective, damaged, or doesn’t suit your needs, you may request an exchange for the same or another product within 7 days of delivery. You can raise an exchange request using the same link:

Return Pickup and Conditions
- Returns are picked up only from the original delivery address.
- You must ensure the returned item is properly packed with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Freebies (if any) must also be returned.
- If the return includes multiple items, all items must be picked up together. Partial pickups will not be accepted.
Important: Any missing items during return pickup may result in deduction of up to the full MRP of the missing item from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: You will be asked for your bank details for a direct transfer.
Refund timelines for online payments (UPI, card, net banking): 3–5 working days after approval.
Please note that Cash on Delivery charges and original Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Reporting Damages or Issues
If your order is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incomplete
- Incorrect
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Send us a 360° unboxing video along with clear photos highlighting the issue. You can initiate the return via the 'My Orders' section or email us.

Failure to provide a clear and valid unboxing video and photos may result in rejection of your claim.
Additional Guidelines
- Combo sets or gift boxes cannot be partially returned or exchanged.
- Orders placed during sales, contests, or special promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return/exchange is processed at the order level, not per individual product.
Non-Serviceable Pincodes
While most pincodes are eligible for reverse pickup, some may not be. In such cases:
- You may need to return the item yourself via a reliable courier (like India Post).
- We’ll reimburse up to ₹70 for self-shipped returns.
- Charges above ₹70 will be deducted from your refund.
Your Cooperation Matters
Please be available to hand over the return package to the delivery partner and respond to calls. Missed pickups may lead to cancellation, requiring you to restart the return process.
